ABOUT ME
"If you want to tell people the truth, make them laugh, otherwise they'll kill you.”
- Oscar Wilde
I have a passion for telling true stories. I loves the intricacies, contradictions, quirkiness, absurdity, tragedy, comedy, and darker sides of history. I like exploring major events through different and often overlooked perspectives.
I was born and raised in New Jersey. I lived on a tugboat in New York City while attending college at the School of Visual Arts. There I won a National Board of Review of Motion Pictures student award. After graduating, I worked for the parks department and lived in a stone cabin in the middle of a state park, writing in my spare time.
I cut my teeth as a Costume Designer at College Humor, working on everything from parodies, period pieces, sci fi, fantasy, to modern day skits about dick jokes. I then worked on feature films, television, commercials, social media, and web series. I've also worked as a Producer, Production Designer, Art Director and Storyboard Artist.
